Participants find out quickly that what we teach really works. It helps them become more aware of their stress issues and how it relates to increased episodes of ill health, relationship problems, and often increased anger, and lessens job performance.

Since Stress Management is voluntary you may elect how you would like to work with Richard.

If you have stress and anger than take our Anger Management classes.

Many research studies have identified that in urban modern living we experience the Fight/Flight/Freeze response 50 times a day or more. We often get use to stress and stay in a stressed state for extended periods. Each of us can identify with this. Daily living is stressful!

It is very important to manage stress in order to preserve our health. It also helps us manage anger.

Stress Management will be scheduled on a case by case basis by appointment.
