Ricardo ha pasado gran parte de su carrera profesional dirigiendo y guiando equipos en entornos corporativos, especialmente en The Home Depot, una de las principales empresas del mundo. Su experiencia no sólo se centra en la gestión de proyectos y el análisis de datos, sino también en la resolución de conflictos y la facilitación de conversaciones difíciles entre líderes, colegas y subordinados.

Once $150.00 payment is received, a link to Assessment webpage is texted to you with password.
Everything done from your location.

REPORT OF TREATMENT RECOMMENDATION
This Anger Violence Assessment Evaluation suggests what appropriate skill enhancements are needed if any. This Anger Assessment determines
the individual's present state of awareness, self control, impulse control, communication style, anger present, empathy, potential for violence. It uses two component instruments.
Often the client passes the Assessment with no anger managment needed. This can happen when you have a very old case dating back a long time.
People with Mental Disorders often need Anger Management to control their mood swings. Repeat offenders often need help to not get arrested again.
Sometimes an Anger Management Class is warranted. If further enhancement is warranted then an Individual Coaching Session is usually best for specific work addressed to your areas of weakness.
FOR THOSE WHO WENT ELSEWHERE FOR ASSESSMENT AND HAVE TO ATTEND ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASSES:
If you decided to take your Assessment elsewhere and you are "awarded" 8 or 12, 16 , 20 or more Anger Management Classes, you are permitted to take your classes from any Certified Anger Management Provider.
Spanish Anger Management Classes are $40.00/Class/Hour/Person
"No Miss Policy" Ask...Most providers make you start over if you miss 2-3 times. Not us. You never lose your classes completed.
