Based on our professional experience, training is most effective with audiences/groups of 6 to 25 people. Atlanta Anger Management delivers specialized training on-site, at your location. Depending on your business needs and budget, training workshops may range from 1/2 day to 1 week in duration.

  • Anger Management/Executive Coaching: For Higher Level Executives. With a focus on anger, stress, communication and/or emotional intelligence in business. Services for Fortune 500 Companies, Government, Education, Military. Coaching can be provided in our provider offices or on location nationwide.
     
  • Accelerated Anger Management Classes for Managers, Executives and Line Staff: Personalized 4-16 hour programs with client workbooks for fast results.
     
  • Anger Management Classes for employees: Classes for employees who exhibit evidence of stress, anger or inappropriate aggression at work. Studies have shown that aggression and violence in the workplace increases absenteeism, reduces productivity, lowers morale and increases a company's liability.

  • Disruptive Physicians Coaching is provided directly by George Anderson of Anderson and Anderson™ of Brentwood, CA.



Participants may include people who internalize anger as well as those who act it out verbally or behaviorally towards co-workers, customers and clients.

Organizational Anger Management can be designed as an introduction to Emotional Intelligence for Anger Management or as an intensive eight- hour class.

Introductory classes are often for four hours and offered on-site. Such training offers the participants an opportunity to find out their level of competency in recognizing and managing anger, recognizing and managing stress, primary and secondary styles communication and empathy or emotional intelligence. A final category is the degree of interest or motivation to change. This is obtained by participants taking an Pre-Assessment Evaluation with report helping individual to becomes aware of strengths and weaknesses in these areas. Awareness helps the client to 'shift" into better life skills implementation that are taught and become happier more productive efficient employees.

To effect change in participants a one day or longer training is suggested.

The degree of success in Organizational Anger Management is directly dependant on the participants’ commitment to practice the enhancement skills and exercises that are contained in our Anderson and Anderson™ workbooks that each participant receives at the beginning of the training. In addition to the Pre-Assessment Evaluation that is given before the training, Post-Assessment Evaluation can be administered at the conclusion of the training. Also many of our clients like the idea of additional Assessment Evaluations in three and six month intervals following this training to determine the impact of the training on their employees.

In conclusion, Organizational Anger Management ~ Emotional Intelligence Training is a promising new intervention that is an investment in an Employee/Executive's Well-Being rather than a cost. Delta Airlines
To Train Customer Service Staff in Emotional Intelligence/Anger Management


According to the Wall Street Journal, Delta Airlines is training 11,000 of its" Customer Staff in Emotional Intelligence/Anger Management. This represents one of the largest efforts of any organization to focus on skill enhancement in emotional intelligence for its employees.

This is a milestone for Certified Anger Management Facilitators who are trained in Organizational Anger Management. This is rapidly becoming one of the most requested interventions in corporate America as well as Governmental Agencies.

Anderson & Anderson is currently in negotiations with the Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors to present Emotional Intelligence/Anger Management for its’ Parking Enforcement staff.

In its training program, Delta emphasizes these five ways to ‘wow’ fliers with customer service:
• Make it personal. Focus on the person in front of you, not the long line of people. Greet each one memorably.
• Be empathetic. Put yourself on the other side of the counter.
• Listen, ask, listen again. Customers tune out routine announcements. Agents tune out customers.
• Solve together. Involve customers in solutions by offering choices.
• Be there. It’s a lot easier to check out than check in.‘If you don’t remember your last three customers, you are just processing,’ said Delta facilitator Michael Hazelton.”
