Often a Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2.0 Assessment Evaluation is taken by the participant to set a baseline of their strengths and weaknesses. This gives us a framework to aid in supporting their strengths and bring up their weaknesses to better performance levels, the reason often they come for.

Talking about each person circumstances points us to what the best pathway to follow is. A Customized Treatment Plan is designed for each client.

Richard Taylor Owner/Director handles everything personally to ensure highest quality service and what is best for the Company / Referring party and their employee.

Participants find out quickly that what we teach really works. It helps them become more aware of their emotions, communication style, anger and stress issues and empathy they have or lack. With increased awareness learned skills and actually using them (it is easy) things begin to improve rapidly.

ACCELERATED ONE DAY ANGER MANAGEMENT INTENSIVE COURSE is designed to meet the needs of clients who wish to avoid attending classes on a weekly basis. Rather than attending weekly classes, it is now possible to enroll, complete the assessment and attend this course until the required number of hours have been completed.

To cancel your appointment it is expected to give us 24 Hour notice. Shorter notice or no notice results in loss of your upfront payment for lost time. No Exceptions.

Receive a Paper Copy at Intake Meeting. They can also be e-mailed to your referring party if wanted. Present to your referring party.

D.) Letter Of Completion on our letterhead, when Accelerated Course Completed.

E.) Certificate Of Completion for # of Hours you attended For Anger Management as approved by Anderson and Anderson™, personally signed with Corporate Seal.

3. The Anger Management Training consist of an OPTIONAL: Anger Management Assessment and number of hours defined by your referring party or we discuss. Anger & Stress Management, Reports and updates to Probation Departments, Reports and updates to the Courts when requested, class workbook, training and Certificate of Completion.

4. All fees are required to be paid upfront before course. No money, no services. No Exceptions. NON-REFUNDABLE.

5. Budget cases are directed to our Saturday Anger Managment Course or Monday 8 hour Anger Management Course. Extreme cases should seek a government agency for help. Special Discount for Military, Police Officers, Fire Fighters, Homeland Security. No free classes are offered.

6. 24 Hour Notice is required for non attendance. This means if you miss your scheduled course date without 24 hour notice, then you pay for it. I have lost a day with other clients reserved just for you. To avoid simply call and let us know 24 hours in advance. Emergencies seem to abound, no excuses accepted, 24 Hours Notice required. This is common courtesy and a standard professional practice. No explanation is needed. Just call to inform us you cannot make appointment. This a practical Anger Management! All money is Non-Refundable.

7. Certificate of Completion is only issued upon completion of the training and full payment received.

8. Policies can change without notice, but remain in effective for your duration of your training.

9. Participant is excepted to be cooperative and expect a full day of training. Text/Phone breaks are provided. Bathroom breaks as needed.

10: Complimentary Designer Coffee, Hot Tea, Filtered Water, Hot Chocolate and Cappacino provided. We have a Coke and Pepsi machine available with snacks. You can bring snacks or food as you require. We have an onsite Deli with Hot Fresh Cooked Food, Sandwiches, Salad Bar. Decide if Employer or Particpant pays for lunch.

NOTE: NO INSURANCE IS ACCEPTED
Anger isn't considered a Psychological Disorder by either the American Psychiatric Association or the American Psychological Association in the way that depression or schizophrenia are. Since anger is considered only a symptom of underlying maladies
treatment cannot be billed to clients health insurance.
